Coordenador de Programas e Projetos Especiais da Secretaria do Desenvolvimento Agrário do Estado do Ceará. Professor da Universidade de Fortaleza na Pós-Graduação de Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho. Tem experiência na área de Agronomia, com ênfase em Extensão Rural, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Segurança do Trabalho Rural, Gestão de Projetos Irrigados, Manejo e Conservação de Solo, Recursos Hídricos e Ambientais, Irrigação Localizada, Cultivo Protegido de Hortaliças, Elaboração de Projetos Agrícolas e Gerencia o Programa Água Para Todos da SDA do Ceará.
