Doctor in Business Administration by PPGA of the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte (title obtained on July 15, 2022, DINTER UFRN-UPE-UFRPE modality) in the thematic area of ​​System Management and Information Technology. Master in Computer Science by CIn of the Federal University of Pernambuco (2005) in the thematic area of ​​Artificial Intelligence. And, Bachelor in Computer Science by DI of the Federal University of Paraíba (2003). Has experience in Computer Science, with emphasis on Artificial Intelligence, working mainly on the following topics: Artificial Neural Networks, Expert Systems, Rule Extraction and Neuro-fuzzy Systems. Currently, he is also working in the area of ​​Bimodal IT Management and Digital Transformation.

Mestre em Ciências da Computação pelo CIn da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2005) na área temática de Inteligência Artificial. E, Bacharel em Ciências da Computação pelo DI da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (2003). Tem experiência na área de Ciências da Computação, com ênfase em Inteligência Artificial, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Redes Neurais Artificiais, Sistemas Especialistas, Extração de Regras e Sistemas Neuro-fuzzy. Atualmente, está atuando também na área de Gestão da TI Bimodal e Transformação Digital.
