Currently, he serves as an Assistant Judge at the Federal Supreme Court (STF). He was Assistant Judge of the Presidency of the National Council of Justice (CNJ) in the management of Minister Luiz Fux, exercising the duties of Procedural Coordinator (2020/2022). Judge of the Court of Justice of the State of Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ), approved in 1st place in the XLVII Contest. Previously, he served as Police Delegate for the State of Rio de Janeiro and as Police Delegate for the State of Santa Catarina. Degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), having received a diploma of academic dignity Cum Laude. Specialization in Public and Private Law from Instituto Superior do Ministério Público (ISMP), specialization in Constitutional Law from Estácio de Sá University (UNESA) and specialization in Public Security Management from the University of Southern Santa Catarina (UNISUL). Professor of Criminal Procedural Law at the School of Judiciary of the State of Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ) and the School of Judicial Administration (ESAJ). Within the scope of the CNJ, he was already a member of the Judiciary Integrity Committee-CINT and of the Regulation Chamber of the Regulatory Agent of the National Operator of the Electronic Real Estate Registry-ONR (2020-2022). He was a member of the Personal Data Protection Management Committee-CGPDP (2020-2023) and the Information Security Management Committee-CGSI (2019/2020), both of the TJRJ. He is Coordinator of the Journal of Economic Analysis of Law (RAED) and member of the editorial board of the Jornal of the National School of Judges (ENM), of the Journal of the Rio de Janeiro State School of Judges (EMERJ), of the Journal Law and Freedom and of the International Journal of Law and Society, in addition to being a reviewer in more than twenty magazines, such as REPRO, REDP, RBDPP and Eletronic Journal of the National Council of Justice. President of the Permanent Forum of Technological Innovations in Law, also integrating, as a member, the Permanent Forum of adequate methods of conflict resolution and the Permanent Forum of Law and Economics, all of EMERJ. Member of the Iberoamerican Institute of Procedural Law (IIDP) and the Brazilian Institute of Procedural Law (IBDP). Juiz de Direito do Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (TJRJ), aprovado em 1 lugar no XLVII Concurso. Anteriormente, atuou como Delegado de Polícia do Estado do Rio de Janeiro e como Delegado de Polícia do Estado de Santa Catarina. Graduação em Ciências Jurídicas e Sociais pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), tendo recebido diploma de dignidade acadêmica Cum Laude. Especialização em Direito Público e Privado pelo Instituto Superior do Ministério Público (ISMP), especialização em Direito Constitucional pela Universidade Estácio de Sá (UNESA) e especialização em Gestão em Segurança Pública pela Universidade do Sul de Santa Catarina (UNISUL). Professor de Direito Processual Penal da Escola da Magistratura do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ) e da Escola de Administração Judiciária (ESAJ). No âmbito do CNJ, já foi membro do Comitê de Integridade do Poder Judiciário - CINT e da Câmara de Regulação do Agente Regulador do Operador Nacional do Registro Imobiliário eletrônico - ONR (2020-2022). Integrou o Comitê Gestor de Proteção de Dados Pessoais - CGPDP (2020-2023) e o Comitê Gestor de Segurança da Informação - CGSI (2019/2020), ambos do TJRJ. É Coordenador da Revista de Análise Econômica do Direito (RAED) e membro do conselho editorial da Revista da Escola Nacional de Magistratura (ENM), da Revista da Escola da Magistratura do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (EMERJ), da Revista Direito e Liberdade e da International Journal of Law and Society, além de ser parecerista em mais de vinte revistas, como a REPRO, REDP, RBDPP e Revista Eletrônica do CNJ.
