Geographer from the State University of Ceará - UECE. I was a scholarship holder at the Institute of Studies and Projects at UECE, working at the Geoprocessing Laboratory - LABGEO. Member of the RESEARCH GROUP registered with CNPq entitled SEMIARID BRAZILIAN AND THE GEOENVIRONMENTAL CONTEXT, member of the COMPLEXITY AND SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL DYNAMICS GROUP - CaSEs and leader of the PALEOENVIRONMENTAL AND BIOGEOGRAPHIC STUDIES GROUP IN THE BRAZILIAN SEMIARID AND ITS EXCEPTIONAL ENVIRONMENTS. I worked at EMBRAPA's Geoprocessing Nucleus. Specialist in Geoprocessing Applied to Environmental Analysis and Water Resources and Master and Doctor of the Postgraduate Course in Geography at UECE, with a sandwich period at Universitat Pompeu Fabra-UPF, with funding from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES- Sandwich Doctorate Program Abroad). I have knowledge and interest in the areas of Geography and Geosciences, with emphasis on Physical Geography and the applicability of Geoprocessing techniques, working mainly on the following topics: Biogeography, Paleoenvironmental Studies, Environmental Analysis, Hydrographic Basin, Territorial Planning, Society x Nature Relationship and Analysis GIS.

Integrante do GRUPO DE PESQUISA cadastrado no CNPq intitulado SEMIÁRIDO BRASILEIRO E O CONTEXTO GEOAMBIENTAL, integrante do GRUPO COMPLEXITY AND SOCIO-ECOLOGICAL DYNAMICS - CaSEs e líder do GRUPO DE ESTUDOS PALEOAMBIENTAIS E BIOGEOGRÁFICOS NO SEMIÁRIDO BRASILEIRO E SEUS AMBIENTES DE EXCEÇÃO. Trabalhei no Núcleo de Geoprocessamento da EMBRAPA. Especialista em Geoprocessamento Aplicado à Análise Ambiental e dos Recursos Hídricos e Mestre e doutora do curso de Pós-graduação em Geografia da UECE, com período sanduíche na Universitat Pompeu Fabra-UPF, com financiamento da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES-Programa de Doutorado Sanduíche no Exterior). Tenho conhecimento e interesse nas áreas de Geografia e Geociências, com ênfase em Geografia Física e na aplicabilidade das técnicas de Geoprocessamento, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Biogeografia, Estudos Paleoambientais, Análise Ambiental, Bacia Hidrográfica, Ordenamento Territorial, Relação Sociedade x Natureza e Análises GIS.
