Tarso Barretto Rodrigues Nogueira

holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Escola Politécnica (1992) at UFBA, a lato sensu postgraduate degree in Manufacturing Integration Technologies (UFBA), a Master?s degree in Mechatronics from the Federal University of Bahia (2007) and a PhD in Computer Modeling and Industrial Technology from SENAI CIMATEC (2022). Currently, he is Pro-Rector of Extension and Community Affairs at SENAI CIMATEC, where he is also the Institutional Attorney. He has experience in the field of Mechanical Engineering, with emphasis on metrology, reverse engineering, professional certification and education of engineers, working mainly on the following topics: product design, reverse engineering, certification of people for the areas of industrial maintenance and inspection, social skills in the formation of the engineer and defense and public security.

possui graduação em Engenharia Mecanica pela Escola Politécnica (1992) da UFBA, pós-graduação lato sensu em Tecnologias de Integração da Manufatura (UFBA), mestrado em Mecatrônica pela Universidade Federal da Bahia (2007) e doutorado em Modelagem Computacional e Tecnologia Industrial pelo SENAI CIMATEC (2022). Atualmente, é Pró-Reitor de Extensão e Assuntos Comunitários do SENAI CIMATEC, onde também é o Procurador Institucional. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Mecânica, com ênfases em metrologia, engenharia reversa, certificação profissional e educação de engenheiros, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: projeto de produto, engenharia reversa, certificação de pessoas para as áreas de manutenção industrial e inspeção, habilidades sociais na formação do engenheiro e defesa e segurança pública.
