Daniel Ricardo Celino
I graduated in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Espirito Santo (2012) and received an M.Sc. degree, in 2017, from the University of Sao Paulo. I am currently pursuing a doctoral degree at the University of Sao Paulo. My research focus consists of analytical and numerical modelling of semiconductor nanodevices for applications in nanoelectronics. Currently developing compact modelling for Resonant Tunnelling devices, two and three terminals, combining quantum wires and devices based on novel 2D materials. Also, I had research experience in Optical Telecommunication Engineering, mainly in the following subjects: Passive optical networks, WDM, colourless sources, self-seeding laser sources, wavelength reuse techniques, Analog Radio-over-Fiber Fronthaul by a WDM-PON.
