Doutoranda em Sistemática e Evolução na Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte (UFRN). Mestre em Botânica, pela Universidade Federal Rural de Pernambuco (UFRPE). Especialista em Educação Ambiental e Geografia do Semiárido, pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Rio Grande do Norte (IFRN). Licenciada e Bacharel em Ciências Biológicas, pela UFRN. Têm experiência em docência de Ciências naturais e Biologia no ensino básico, consultoria ambiental, e pesquisa na área de taxonomia Vegetal com ênfase nas famílias Convolvulaceae e Rubiaceae.

Have experience in teaching natural sciences and biology in high school, environmental consulting, and research about plant taxonomy with emphasis on the Convolvulaceae and Rubiaceae families.
