Mirella Guedes Lima de Castro

Doutoranda pelo Instituto Federal do Espirito Santo (Educimat- campus Vila Velha). Possui mestrado em Educação pela Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo-UFES. Licenciada em Ciências Biológicas-UFES. Especialização em Genética Médica e Citogenética-HSPESP-SP. Atualmente desenvolve Pesquisas no contexto da Educação Ambiental Crítica nas escolas públicas da Bacia do Baixo Rio Doce - ES, atuando como coordenadora do polo Colatina do Projeto Rio Doce Escolar, com fomento da Fundação Renova. É professora efetiva do Instituto Federal Estado do Espírito Santo desde 2005. Com experiência na área de Ensino de Genética e Biologia Celular e Molecular- Ensino Superior, Microbiologia Aplicada ao Meio Ambiente e Biologia-EM. Participa do Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisa em Alfabetização Científica e Espaços de Educação Não Formal (GEPAC)- IFES - Vitória.

PhD student at the Federal Institute of Espirito Santo (Educimat- Campus Vila Velha). She holds a master's degree in Education from the Federal University of Espírito Santo-UFES. Degree in Biological Sciences-UFES. Specialization in Medical Genetics and Cytogenetics-HSPESP-SP. She currently develops research in the context of Critical Environmental Education in public schools in the Baixo Rio Doce Basin-ES, acting as coordinator of the Colatina pole of the Rio Doce Escolar Project, with funding from the Renova Foundation. She has been a professor at the Instituto Federal Estado do Espírito Santo since 2005. She has experience in Teaching Genetics and Cellular and Molecular Biology - Higher Education, Microbiology Applied to the Environment and Biology - EM. She participates in the Study and Research Group on Scientific Literacy and Non-Formal Education Spaces (GEPAC)-IFES-Vitória.
