Atua como professor de Contabilidade na Adam Smith Business School (University of Glasgow). Doutor em Controladoria e Contabilidade pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação em Controladoria e Contabilidade da Faculdade de Economia, Administração e Contabilidade da Universidade de São Paulo (FEA/USP). Membro do Núcleo FEA de Pesquisa em GÊNEro, RAça e Sexualidade - GENERAS e do NUPECON/ESAN - Núcleo de Pesquisas e Estudos em Controle Gerencial. Autor de artigos e de capítulos de livros sobretudo na temática de identidade docente e sobre a experiência na pós-graduação. Desenvolveu dissertação de mestrado sobre a construção de identidade acadêmicas de docentes em contabilidade. Tem desenvolvido pesquisas sobre o ambiente acadêmico, rendimento discente de alunos ingressantes no ensino superior por meio de ações afirmativas, formação docente, relação entre orientador(a) e orientado(a). Líder do tema EPQ 'Identidade e profissionalidade docente: desafios e perspectivas para formação e atuação docente na área de negócios' no EnANPAD 2019. Líder do tema EPQ 'Formação e Identidade do Professor e do Pesquisador em Administração e Contabilidade' no EnANPAD 2020. Lecturer in Accounting at the Adam Smith Business School (University of Glasgow). Holds a Ph.D. in Controllership and Accounting by the School of Economics, Management and Accounting of the University of São Paulo (FEA/USP). Member of the FEA Center for Research in Gender, Breed and Sexuality - GENERAS and of NUPECON/ESAN - Nucleus of Research and Studies in Management Control. Author of articles and book chapters mainly on the theme of teaching identity and on the experience in graduate studies. I have developed a master's thesis on the construction of academic identity of teachers in accounting. I have developed research on the academic environment, student performance of students entering higher education through affirmative action, teaching background, relationship between supervisor and supervisor. Leader of the EPQ theme 'Identity and professionalism of teaching: challenges and perspectives for training and teaching performance in the business area' at EnANPAD 2019.
