Graduated in Business Administration from Mackenzie University (1993), undergraduate ARTILLERY Military Academy of Agulhas Negras (1990), MA in MILITARY by School Improvement Officers (1998), Master of Military Science at the School of Command and Staff of the Army (2006), Masters in Business Administration from the Brazilian School of Public and Business Administration (EBAPE) of the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV) (2011) and Title of Notary Know (Dr. level). He is currently commander of the 16th Field Artillery Group self-propelled. He has experience in Administration, with emphasis on leadership and emotional labor, in the area of education, with emphasis on evaluation of teachers, and in the area of Military Intelligence.

Atualmente é comandante do 16º Grupo de Artilharia de Campanha Autopropulsado. Tem experiência na área de Administração, com ênfase em liderança e trabalho emocional; na área de Educação, com ênfase na avaliação de docentes; e na área de Inteligência Militar.
