Experience as a trainer for more than 20 years in ICT and as a teacher of Informatics in Secondary Education in Professional, CEF's and Regular courses. Professional experience in a private company as a Manager in the area of IT and Quality. He currently holds the position of Senior Technician at the Ministry of Health in the Central Administration of the Health System in the management of computer services. Possui graduação em Engenharia Informática pelo Instituto Politécnico de Leiria (2008), mestrado em Ensino da Informática pelo Instituto de Educação da Universidade de Lisboa (2012) e doutorado em Educação pela Universidade Aberta (2017). Atualmente é técnico superior - Administração Central do Sistema de Saúde, docente da Universidade Jean Piaget de Cabo Verde, docente do Instituto Piaget - Campi e investigador da Universidade Aberta. Tem experiência na área de Educação, com ênfase em Tecnologia Educacional, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: recursos educacionais abertos, práticas educacionais abertas, wikilivros, coautoria e livros abertos.
