Fabricio Casarejos Lopes Luiz
Fabricio Casarejos is a professor and researcher with a strong foundation in natural, social, and interdisciplinary sciences. He is the co-founder of the Interdisciplinary Center for the Unknown, fostering global sustainability through regenerative change and futures studies. His current research is broadly concerned with understanding the interconnection between physical and human systems from both a natural science and social science perspective. His main research topics includes: systems thinking and systems dynamics; socio-ecological systems, resilience, collapse, global sustainability, climate change adaptation and mitigation strategies; planetary boundaries and doughnut economics.
graduation at Licenciatura Em Física from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (2002), graduation at Bacharelado Em Física from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (2002), master's at Physic from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro (2005) and doctorate at Physic from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (2010). Has experience in Physics, acting on the following subjects: desenvolvimento sustentável, mudanças climáticas, estratégia corporativa de carbono, sustentabilidade and constantes fundamentais.
