Jaqueline Carvalho Quadrado

Doutora em Sociologia pela Universidade de Brasília-UnB (2014). Mestre em Serviço Social pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul-PUCRS (2001) e Graduada em Serviço Social pela Universidade Católica de Pelotas-UCPel (1998). Atualmente é Professora dos Cursos de Graduação Ciências Sociais - Ciência Política, Direito e Serviço Social na Universidade Federal do Pampa/RS. Professora permanente do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Políticas Públicas (PPGPP/UNIPAMPA). Membra da Sociedade Brasileira de Sociologia (SBS). Coordenadora do Laboratório Interdisciplinar de Estudos e Pesquisas em Violência, Gênero e Sexualidade /ATENA. Desenvolve pesquisas na área da violência, segurança pública, democracia, feminismos e direito à cidade. É líder do Grupo de Pesquisa Gênero, Ética, Educação e Política-GEEP (CNPq/UNIPAMPA).

PhD in Sociology University of Brasília-UnB (2014). Master in Social Work from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul-PUCR (2001). Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from the Catholic University of Pelotas- UCPel (1998). She is currently a Professor at the Federal University of Pampa, Campus São Borja / RS. Researcher and vice-leader of the Research Group on Gender, Ethics, Education and Politics. Coordinates the Women Without Borders Extension Program, which develops the following projects: Safe Footprint, Serious Speech, Seminar (Des) Making Knowledge at the Border. Coordinates the cultural project Amulet Group. It manages pages in the social network facebook: Gender and Diversity-Group of Studies, Gender and Diversity in the School, Extension Program Women Without Borders and Group of Research in Gender, Ethics, Education and Politics. It acts mainly in the following themes: gender, feminism, sexuality, bullying, intersectionality / gender consubstantiality, race / ethnicity, social class and generation, women's politics, violence, public health, security and prison system. Mother of an 11-year-old daughter, she is a champion of the cause of women in science.
