Possui doutorado em Artificial Intelligence - US Department of Defense and has been involved in internet security, ICT, digital forensics, biometrics, and organizational management. Currently, the IC4MF Chairman & Coordinator for Technology, Innovation and Exploitation, I direct a medium-scale applied research project that will collaborate Brazilian and Global objective-driven research projects which aim at generating which aim at generating new laws, knowledge, technologies, as well as, join resources for research in order to improve the science and legal aspects of multimedia digital forensics. The IC4MF project provides a international network of professionals who work collaboratively to provide dedicated training, simulation and active intervention to combat digital crimes and protect Brazil's Critical Infrastructures.
