Ten Cel CBMPB José Walber Rufino Tavares

Completed the Doctoral Program in Police Science of Security and Public Order at the Center for Advanced Security Studies "Cel PM Nelson Freire Terra" CAES, of the Military Police of the State of São Paulo (2010). He specializes in Claims Management from the State University of Ceará UECE (2004). He specializes in Disaster Intervention by the Spanish Agency for International Development Cooperation AECI (Madrid, 2003). He specializes in firefighting, search and rescue operations by the JICA Japan International Cooperation Agency (Yokohama, 1989). He has a degree in Safety Engineering from the Military Academy of the Federal District Fire Department (1987). He is a full member of the Brazilian Institute of Security and Justice (iBRASJUS). He is holder of Chair 22 of the Academy of Letters of the State Military and DF (ALMEBRAS). Currently performs activities as a freelance researcher in the research lines of the Police Sciences of Security, Order and Public Health.

É especialista em Gestão Contra Sinistros pela Universidade Estadual do Ceará UECE (2004). É especialista em Intervenções em Catástrofes pela Agência Espanhola de Cooperação Internacional para o Desenvolvimento AECI (Madri, 2003). É especialista em operações de combate a incêndio, busca e salvamento pela Agência de Cooperação Internacional do Japão JICA (Yokohama, 1989). É graduado em Engenharia de Segurança pela Academia Militar do Corpo de Bombeiros do Distrito Federal (1987). É sócio titular do Instituto Brasileiro de Segurança e Justiça (iBRASJUS). É titular da Cadeira 22 da Academia de Letras dos Militares Estaduais e do DF (ALMEBRAS). Atualmente exerce atividades de pesquisador autônomo nas linhas de pesquisa das Ciências Policiais de Segurança, Ordem e Saúde Pública.
