Jérôme François Alain Jean Rousseau

I am an Assistant Professor at the Universidade Federal da Bahia. I obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the Université du Sud -Toulon -Var in 2005, a Master in Mathematics from the Université du Sud -Toulon -Var in 2007 and a PhD in Mathematics from the Université de Bretagne Occidentale in 2010. I have experience in Mathematics, focusing on Dynamical Systems and Ergodic Theory, acting on the following subjects: poincaré recurrence, dimension theory, decay of correlations, geodesic flow and hyperbolic flow.

Possui graduação em Matemática (Licence de Mathématiques) pela Université du Sud-Toulon-Var (2005), mestrado em Matemática (Master de Mathématiques) pela Université du Sud-Toulon-Var (2007) e doutorado em Matemática (Doctorat de Mathématiques) pela Université de Bretagne Occidentale (2010). Atualmente é professor adjunto da Universidade Federal da Bahia, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: recorrência de Poincaré, teoria da dimensão, decaimento das correlações, fluxos hiperbólicos e sistemas dinâmicos aleatórios.
