Docente do Bacharelado de Planejamento Territorial e do Bacharelado em Ciências e Humanidades e do Programa de Pós-graduação em Planejamento e Gestão do Território da Universidade Federal do ABC. Orientadora de Pós-graduação do International Joint Master of Science SPRING - Regional Development Planning and Management. Pesquisadora do Laboratório de Planejamento Territorial LaPlan, da UFABC. É arquiteta e urbanista (1999), mestre e doutora em Ciência Ambiental (2005 e 2010) pela Universidade de São Paulo. Foi assessora da Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Urbano, docente da Faculdade de Arquitetura e Urbanismo da Universidade de São Paulo, USP, do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia e do Centro Universitário FIAM/FAAM e pesquisadora do Laboratório de Urbanismo da Metrópole, LUME-FAUUSP. Trabalha com a relação entre a produção do espaço e a natureza, tanto do ponto de vista das dinâmicas territoriais quanto das políticas públicas, com base na justiça ambiental. Seus dois principais objetos de pesquisa atualmente são as infraestruturas verdes e o rural metropolitano.

She is an architect and urban planner (1999), master and doctor in Environmental Science (2005 and 2010) from the University of São Paulo. She was an advisor to the Municipal Secretariat of Urban Development, professor at the Faculty of Architecture and Urbanism at USP, at the Mauá Technological Institute and at the FIAM / FAAM University Center and researcher at the Metropolitan Urbanism Laboratory, LUME-FAUUSP. She works with the relationship between the production of space and nature, both from the point of view of territorial dynamics and public policies, based on environmental justice theory. Her two main research objects today are green infrastructure and metropolitan rural.
