Maury Saddy

Graduated in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1964), MSc in Chemical Engineering from the Instituto Alberto Luiz Coimbra de Pós Graduação e Pesquisa de Engenharia (1966), MSc in Chemical Engineering from IMPERIAL COLLEGE LONDON (1967) and PhD from IMPERIAL COLLEGE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY, UNIVERSITY OF LONDON (1970). Has experience in Chemical Engineering, focusing on Combustion of solid residues in ThermoPower Plants, Alternative Energies, Chemical Reactors, acting on the following subjects: energy, sulfur, magnetic separation, fluidized bed combustion.

Possui graduação em Engenharia Química pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (1964), mestrado em Engenharia Química pelo Instituto Alberto Luiz Coimbra de Pós Graduação e Pesquisa de Engenharia (1966), mestrado em Chemical Engineering - IMPERIAL COLLEGE LONDON (1967) e doutorado - IMPERIAL COLLEGE LONDON (1970). Atualmente, é Professor Titular da Universidade Federal Fluminense. Tem experiência na área de Engenharia Química, com ênfase em Combustão de Resíduos em UTE's, Combustão em Leito Fluidizado, Reatores Químicos e Implantação de Empreendimentos com busca e identificação de tecnologias complexas e negociações, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: energia., enxofre, separacao magnetica, energia e combustao fluidizada, energias alternativas.
