Lorena Lisbetd Botina Jojoa
Agronomic Engineer from the Universidad de Narino (UDENAR, 2015) in Colombia. Master's degree (2018) and Ph.D. (2022) in Entomology from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). Currently, I am pursuing a postdoctoral position at the Insect Cell and Molecular Biology Laboratory at UFV.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have acquired extensive expertise in conducting toxicological assessments and applying molecular biology techniques on insects. I have experience in assessing the sublethal effects of agrochemicals on both target and non-target insects, measuring behavioral changes, and studying the gut microbiota of native bees.
