Wilhelm Walgenbach

Dr. phil. habil. é Filósofo, Pedagogo e Promotor Cultural. Seu interese científico é direcionado à Epistemologia (Conhecimento sobre a Construção de Conhecimento) como a base para a construção de meios heurísticos para o design de sistemas intra, inter e transdisciplinares. Estudou Filosofia, Educação, Teoria da Comunicação,/Jornalismo, Sociologia, Ciências da Música e da Linguagem na Universidade de Münster e Kiel Alemanha. Possui seu Doutoramento em Filosofia, Sociologia e Educação pela Universidade de Kiel, seu >Habilitation< (livre docência) em Didática Geral pela Universidade de Hamburgo.Atividades professionais: Pesquisador Sênior pelo Leibniz Instituto Interdisciplinar de Pedagogia para as Ciências Naturais IPN (1976-2005) e Professor adjunto da Universidade de Hamburgo. (atualmente). Professor Visitante no Brasil: (1) 1995-1998 na Fundação Universidade Federal de Rio Grande FURG - RS/Co-Fundador da primeira Programa de Pós-Graduação >Educação Ambiental< do Brasil, (2) 2006 - com apoio de DAAD) no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ecologia e Manejo da Vida Silvestre do Instituto de Ciências Biológicas ICB na Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais UFMG MG, (3) 2010 na FURG (HERDER-docência de DAAD).Membro Fundador e Organizador da rede intercultural >Interdisciplinary Self-System Design INSYDE<, coordenando a participação de artistas e cientistas da Alemanha, Brasil, Dinamarca, Suiça, Holanda e França. O exemplo paradigmático para as atividades científicas de INSYDE é o Experimento Epistemológico >Projeto Água - Descobrimento e Criação de Relidades com Imagens<,. O supracitado experimento é um projeto laureado por dois biênios consecutivos (2005-2006 / 2007-2008) com o Prêmio UNESCO - ONU e incluído na a lista de projetos para a Década do Desenvolvimento Sustentável 2005 2014. Também trabalha com a Artista da Arte Conceitual Judith Walgenbach/ Hamburgo, Laboratory of Epistemological ScienceArts, no Experimento Epistemológico ">A Biomassa Massa de Fermento<. (Apoio desde 1989 através de diferentes Universidades e Agências de Fomento à Pesquisa no Brasil, EU e Alemanha como: CAPES, CNPq, FAPERGS, DAAD, DFG (Deutsche Forschungs-Gemeinschaft), Universidade de Hamburgo, Leibniz Intituto de Pedagogia para as Ciências Naturais IPN na Universidade de Kiel, EU-Programa GRUNDTVIG.. Participou e segue atuando com pesquisadores da Teoria Sociocultural da Atividade (V.V. Davydov - in memoriam, J.Lompscher - in memoriam, Y. Engeström, H. Giest, B. Fichtner, A. Raeithel, Wilhelm T. Wilhelm WalgenbachDr. phil. habil. be Philosopher, Educator and Cultural Promoter. His scientific interest is directed to Epistemology (Knowledge about the Construction of Knowledge) as a fundamental base for the construction of heuristic means and methods for designing intra-, inter- and transdisciplinary systems. Founding member and organizer of the intercultural network> Interdisciplinary Self-System Design INSYDE <, coordinating the participation of artists and scientists from Germany, Brazil, Denmark, Switzerland, Holland and France. The paradigmatic example of the scientific activities of INSYDE is the Epistemological Experiment> Water Project - Discovery and Creation of Realities with Images <,. The above experiment is awarded for two consecutive biennia (2005-2006 / 2007-2008) by the UNESCO - United Nations and included in the list of projects for the Decade of Sustainable Development from 2005 to 2014.
