Luiz Otávio de Alencar Miranda

Chefe da Rede Pública de Laboratórios de Fabricação Digital (Fab Lab Livre SP) do Município de São Paulo desde setembro de 2015. Mestrando em Políticas Públicas, pela Fundação Perseu Abramo. Possui Graduação em Filosofia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Goiás - PUC/GOIÁS (2003). Atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: fabricação digital, cultura digital, política pública, tecnologia social, tecnologia assistiva, educação profissional e emprego apoiado.

Masters in Philosophy from the College of St. Benedict and graduated in philosophy from the Pontifical Catholic University of Goiás - PUC-GO. He worked for 14 years as educator and agent of social pastoral communities in the states of Pará, Bahia, Goiás and Paraguay. Develops workshops on storytelling and mythology african-Brazilian and African by the Project Paper and Pen Black Ink which is co-founder and manager. Works in Brazil ITS - Institute of Social Technology as a consultant on projects. It is also coordinator of the Training Centre of Artisans and Wood Artifacts - Arts Springs.
