Phd in Electrical Engineering (Information Security) and MSc in Computing Science (Information Security) at UNIVERSIDADE DE BRASILIA, BSc in Computing Engineering at INSTITUTO MILITAR DE ENGENHARIA and in Military Science at ACADEMIA MILITAR DAS AGULHAS NEGRAS. Has already performed several functions, among which the following stand out: public manager, CIO, CISO, project manager and supervisor, professor and academic researcher, software engineer, manager and contract inspector. Has experience in the areas of Engineering and Computer Science, with emphasis on Information Security, Cryptology, Software Engineering and Project Management, acting mainly in ICT and SIC Management, in teaching, research and in the development of systems related to the themes information security, combat simulation and psychometrics, in addition to sustaining DevOps environments.

É Doutor em Engenharia Elétrica e Mestre em Ciência da Computação pela UNIVERSIDADE DE BRASÍLIA, Engenheiro de Computação pelo INSTITUTO MILITAR DE ENGENHARIA e Bacharel em Ciências Militares pela ACADEMIA MILITAR DAS AGULHAS NEGRAS. Já exerceu várias funções, dentre as quais destacam-se: gestor público, CIO, CISO, gerente e supervisor de projetos, professor e pesquisador acadêmico, engenheiro de software, gestor e fiscal de contratos. Tem experiência nas áreas de Engenharia e Ciência da Computação, com ênfase em Segurança da Informação, Criptologia, Engenharia de Software e Gestão de Projetos, atuando principalmente na Gestão de TIC e SIC, no ensino, na pesquisa e no desenvolvimento de sistemas ligados aos temas segurança da informação, simulação de combate e psicometria, além sustentar ambientes DevOps.
