Marcelo Buczek Bittar

Doutor em Direito pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Professor em Direito Constitucional da Faculdade de Direito da PUC/SP desde 1995, com experiência na área de Educação e linha de pesquisa voltada para o uso da internet no desenvolvimento da cidadania. Principais temas: Direito constitucional, ordem federal, ciberdemocracia ou e-Democracia e e-Governo. Foi professor de Direito Constitucional da UNISO e UNISAL. Procurador Chefe da Procuradoria Disciplinar da Procuradoria Geral da Universidade de São Paulo.
