Daniela Lapenna

I hold a Laurea degree (BA + MA) in Philosophy from La Sapienza University, Rome (2002) and a Doctorate in Political Philosophy from René Descartes University, Paris5-Sorbonne, Paris (2008). Currently, I am an associate research member of P.H.I.L.é.P.O.L. (Center for Philosophy, Epistemology and Politics), based at the Faculty of Social and Human Sciences, René Descartes University, Paris. I have research experience in political philosophy, philosophy of law and social ethics, with an emphasis on a number of issues at the intersection of philosophy and law concerning the question of human rights and capital punishment.
