Tatiana Nascimento Heim

I have a diverse professional background as an educator, researcher, and lawyer. As a researcher at the University of Twente in the Netherlands, I focused on International Law, Cybersecurity, and Information Security, culminating in the defense of my thesis in March 2023. As an assistant professor at University College Twente, I taught courses in International Relations to undergraduate students. Previously, I worked as a law professor in technical administration courses, providing students with a solid legal foundation. Additionally, I served as an online tutor for the Public Administration and Logistics program at the Technological University of Paraná, guiding students and grading assignments. In the legal field, I am an attorney with experience in law firms such as Heim e Santos and Zanella e Heim. In these roles, I have been involved in drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, conducting legal research, and developing litigation strategies in areas such as Civil Law, Contract Law, and Data Protection. I also gained experience as a legal assistant at the Paraná State Court of Justice, contributing to legal research and the drafting of judgments in areas including Banking Law and Civil Law. I hold a Master's degree in Planning and Public Governance, as well as specializations in Business Tax Law and Law, Logistics, and International Business. I am fluent in Portuguese and English, with intermediate skills in German and basic knowledge of Dutch.

Tenho uma ampla trajetória profissional como docente, pesquisadora e advogada. Como pesquisadora na Universidade de Twente, na Holanda, dediquei-me ao estudo do Direito Internacional, Cibersegurança e Segurança da Informação, o que resultou em minha defesa de tese em março de 2023. Como professora assistente no University College Twente, ministrei aulas de Relações Internacionais para estudantes de graduação. Anteriormente, atuei como professora de Direito em cursos técnicos de administração, fornecendo uma sólida base legal aos alunos. Além disso, trabalhei como tutora a distância na Universidade Tecnológica do Paraná, orientando alunos e corrigindo atividades. Na área jurídica, exerço a profissão de advogada, com experiência em escritórios de advocacia, como o escritório Heim e Santos e o escritório Zanella e Heim. Nestas posições, liderei a elaboração de documentos jurídicos, representei clientes em juízo, conduzi pesquisas legais e desenvolvi estratégias de contencioso nas áreas de Direito Civil, Direito Contratual e Proteção de Dados. Além disso, tive a oportunidade de trabalhar como assistente legal no Tribunal de Justiça do Paraná, contribuindo com pesquisas e na elaboração de sentenças nas áreas de Direito Bancário e Direito Civil. Possuo um mestrado em Planejamento e Governança Pública, bem como especializações em Direito e Processo Tributário Empresarial, e em Direito, Logística e Negócios Internacionais. Meus conhecimentos linguísticos incluem fluência em português e inglês, habilidades intermediárias em alemão e conhecimentos básicos em holandês.
