Marcelo dos Santos Forcato

Doctor by the Graduate Program in Design (2020) by the Faculty of Architecture, Arts and Communication of Universidade Estadual Paulista, having studied Design, liturgical furniture and their semantic relationships. Master in Design from the Federal University of Paraná (2014), studied Design for Sustainable Behavior and eco-feedback in a washing machine in social housing. He has a specialization in Interior Design from the University Center of Maringá (2010) and a degree in Design from the State University of Maringá (2005). He is currently a collaborating professor of the Design course at the State University of Maringá, teaching the disciplines of Drawing, Plastics, Product Design I and Furniture Design. He works on research in the areas of Design and Sustainability, Design and Materials and Furniture Design.

Doutor pelo Programa de Pós-graduação em Design (2020) pela Faculdade de Arquitetura, Artes e Comunicação da Universidade Estadual Paulista, tendo estudado o Design, o mobiliário litúrgico e suas relações semânticas. Mestre em Design pela Universidade Federal do Paraná (2014), estudou o Design para o Comportamento Sustentável e o eco-feedback em lavadora de roupas da habitação de interesse social. Possui especialização em Projeto de Interiores pelo Centro Universitário de Maringá (2010) e graduação em Design pela Universidade Estadual de Maringá (2005). Atualmente é professor colaborador do curso de Design da Universidade Estadual de Maringá ministrando as disciplinas de Desenho, Plástica, Projeto de Produtos I e Design de Mobiliário. Atua em pesquisas nas áreas de Design e Sustentabilidade, Design e Materiais e Design de Mobiliários.
