She was president of the Brazilian Tuberculosis Research Network (2009-2011), senior consultant for the InCo- TB (from the National Tuberculosis Program in partnership with the Ataulpho de Paiva Foundation and sponsored by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation from 2010 to 2013, key personnel from the ICOHRTA project (funded by the NIH, 2005-2012), representative of the Academy (2010 -2012) and Organs of Class and Societies (2012-2017) in the Executive Secretariat of the Brazilian Partnership against Tuberculosis and teaching coordinator of the Scientific League on Tuberculosis of Rio de Janeiro.
She has experience in the field of Medicine, with an emphasis on Public Health, Global Health, Infectious Diseases, Health Technology Assessments and Medical Education, working mainly on tuberculosis and economic assessments in health. He has national scientific collaborations with UEPA, UFRJ, UFC, FMTDHV, SCM-POA, SMS-Curitiba and internationally with McGill University, Montreal, Amsterdam Institute for Global Health and Development, Netherlands, Ottago University, New Zealand, London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and Imperial College in London and Johns Hopkins in Baltimore, USA.
