Érika Elizabeth Vieira Frazão

Érika Elizabeth Vieira Frazão is a black woman, mother, history teacher, PhD in Education from PPGE-UFRJ (2018) and Master in Education from PPGE/UFRJ (2014). She is currently Adjunct Professor of Ethnic-Racial Relations at the School at Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). He is the leader of the Laboratory for the Study of Ethnic-Racial Relations and Subjectivities (LabErês/UFF/CNPq) at the Faculty of Education at UFF, whose objective is to bring together teachers and students around research aimed at decolonizing academic and school curricula through a anti-racist and feminist struggle. I am a Member of the Language, Education, Teaching and Diversity Study Group (GELEDD/UFF), Member of the History Teaching Laboratory (LEH - UFF), of the Literature, Childhood and Education Extension Project (FE/UFF), Researcher of the Group of Curriculum Studies, Knowledge and Teaching of History (GECCEH/UFRJ/CNPq). She has experience in the field of Education, with an emphasis on History Teaching, working mainly on the following themes: ​ethnic-racial relations, curriculum, black feminism, black Brazilian literature, anti-racist musicality, black intellectuality, subjectivities, discourse theory, democracy.

Érika Elizabeth Vieira Frazão é mulher negra, mãe, professora de história, doutora em Educação pelo PPGE-UFRJ (2018) e Mestre em Educação pelo PPGE/UFRJ (2014). Atualmente é Professora Adjunta de Relações Étnico-Raciais na Escola na Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF). É líder do Laboratório de estudo de Relações Étnico-Raciais e Subjetividades (LabErês/UFF/CNPq) na Faculdade de Educação da UFF, cujo objetivo é reunir professores e estudantes em torno de pesquisas que visam descolonizar os currículos acadêmicos e escolares por meio de uma luta antirracista e feminista. Sou Membro do Grupo de Estudos Linguagem, Educação, Docência e Diversidade (GELEDD/UFF), Integrante do Laboratório de Ensino de História (LEH - UFF), do Projeto de Extensão Literatura, Infância e Formação (FE/UFF), Pesquisadora do Grupo de Estudos Currículo, Conhecimento e Ensino de História (GECCEH/UFRJ/CNPq). Tem experiência na área de Educação, com ênfase em Ensino de História, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: relações étnico-raciais, currículo, feminismo negro, literatura negro brasileira, musicalidade antirracista, intelectualidade negra, subjetividades, teoria do discurso, democracia.
