Larissa Pereira Coppini

Degree in Biology at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo . Participated in the Research Group for Environmental Multagenese within which conducted a project with Micronuclei in occupational area . Made her first scientific research in the Microbiological área, and the final graduate thesis with polymeric biomaterials and cell culture . Finalized in August 2009, the Masters and more recently , in August 2013 completed the PhD in Sciences at the Department of Biophysic, postgraduate program of Molecular Biology at UNIFESP / EPM . Have experience in biochemistry, biophysics, cell and molecular biology , acting on the following topics : study of the involvement of lysosomal cysteine ​​peptidases in ocular physiological and pathophysiological processes , kinetics of enzyme studies ( biophysical and biochemical characterization of proteins ) and expression of proteases. Was one of the editor of the new General Rules committee from UNIFESP, 2011. For twice, was representative of Post-graduate at the University Council of UNIFESP. Participated in the board of APG UNIFESP as general coordinator 2012/13 . Made a part of her postdoctoral work at the University of Groningen in the Netherlands, working with protein biochemistry by CAPES / NUFFIC project. Is currently developing another project as postdoctoral in the Department of Ophthalmology with FAPESP scholarship.

Graduada em Biologia pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo. Participou do Núcleo de Pesquisa de Multagenese Ambiental, dentro do qual realizou um projeto com Micronúcleos na área ocupacional. Fez sua iniciação científica na área Microbiológica e seu Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso com Biomateriais poliméricos e cultura celular. Finalizou em agosto de 2009 o Mestrado e mais recentemente, em agosto de 2013 concluiu o Doutorado em Ciências pelo Departamento de Biofísica- programa de pós-graduação em Biologia Molecular da UNIFESP/ EPM. Possui experiência na área de bioquímica, biofísica, biologia celular e molecular, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: estudo do envolvimento das cisteíno-peptidases lisossomais em processos fisiológicos e fisiopatológicos oculares, estudos de cinética enzimática (caracterização bioquímica e biofísica de proteínas) e expressão de proteases.Participou da comissão redatora do novo Regimento Geral da UNIFESP em 2011.Foi por duas vezes representante dos Pós-Graduandos no Conselho Universitário da UNIFESP. Participou da diretoria da APG UNIFESP 2012/13 como coordenadora geral. Esteve Universidade de Groningen na Holanda trabalhando com bioquímica de proteínas pelo projeto CAPES/NUFFIC. Atualmente está desenvolvendo outro projeto de pós-doutorado com bolsa FAPESP no Departamento de Oftalmologia da UNIFESP.
