Master in Criminal Law and Compliance and Specialist in Public Law with emphasis in municipal law by the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS, special student of UFRGS in the masters course in Constitutional Law and Washington University - St. Louis (USA), Introduction to the North American Legal System . Developed and implemented integrity programs, codes of Ethics and Compliance as Coordinator of the Technical Advisor of the Secretariat of Labor, Citizenship and Social Assistance of the State of Rio Grande do Sul and Coordinator of the Information and Management Advisory Service of the Socio-Educational Foundation of Rio de Janeiro Grande do Sul - PHASE. He served as Legal Coordinator of the Fourth Secretariat of the Federal Senate, in the office of Senator Sérgio Zambiasi.
