Dayse Starling Motta

He holds a degree in Law (2001) and a specialization in Civil Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Minas Gerais (2003), and a Master's degree in Law from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (2016). She is a judge of the 2nd Court of the Judicial Subsection of Ipatinga / MG. Currently, she serves as assistant judge of the Presidency of the National Council of Justice, coordinating the Department of Strategic Management-DGE and the Corporate Office of Projects-ECP, chairing the Accessibility and Inclusion Commission and integrating several commissions and working groups in the CNJ. He has experience in the field of Law, with an emphasis on Public Law, Human Rights, Conciliation and Mediation, Forced Removals and Resettlement, and also in the area of business management of computerized systems, having worked on the development of the Judiciary Asset Search System - Sisbajud, of the National System of Asset Management of the Judiciary - SNGB, among others.

Possui graduação em Direito (2001) e especialização em Direito Civil pela Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (2003), e mestrado em Direito pela Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais (2016). É juíza titular da 2ª Vara da Subseção Judiciária de Ipatinga/MG. Atualmente, atua como juíza auxiliar da Presidência do Conselho Nacional de Justiça, coordenando o Departamento de Gestão Estratégica - DGE e o Escritório Corporativo de Projetos - ECP, presidindo a Comissão de Acessibilidade e Inclusão e integrando diversas comissões e grupos de trabalho no CNJ. Tem experiência na área de Direito, com ênfase em Direito Público, Direitos Humanos, Conciliação e Mediação, Remoções Forçadas e Reassentamento, e também na área de gestão negocial de sistemas informatizados, tendo atuado no desenvolvimento do Sistema de Busca de Ativos do Poder Judiciário - Sisbajud, do Sistema Nacional de Gestão de Bens do Poder Judiciário - SNGB, dentre outros.
