Bachelor's at Engenharia Agronômica from Centro Regional Universitário de Espírito Santo do Pinhal (1995) and master's at Agronomy from Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (1998). Specialization in Plant Protection at the Federal University of Viçosa (2002). Currently Manager of Product Development at Corteva Agriscience (DowDupont Agricultural Division). Experience in the area of Agronomy, with emphasis on plant health, working mainly on chemical control of pests, diseases and weeds.HISTORICALCurrently my charge at Du Pont is Technical Supervisor (Field Manager). I´m leading a team withsix people in six different areas in Cerrado region. Uberlândia-MG, Rio Verde-GO, Primavera doLeste-MT, Lucas do Rio Verde-MT, Araguari-TO and Luís Eduardo Magalhães-BA. My main goal isto ensure the implementation of a biological plan, technical positioning and the federal registrationreport of new molecule on the main crops of the region, soybean, corn, cotton, tomato, dry beanand others. To ensure that all trails are following the Brazilian laws, mainly IN 36 and 42. Also I´mresponsible, together with the Technical Manager, to define the dosage of label and what´s the bestway to use of products according with the best agronomic practices.I started my carrier at Arysta 1998. I had a different charge there, where I could develop differentskills. I started as Development Representative on field during 2,5 year in Rio Grande do Sul state.During 2 years I worked on a experimental station (São Paulo state) where I was responsiblefor development of insecticide plan. In 2004 I took the charge of Insecticide Coordinator on R&Ddepartment in the headquarter in São Paulo. I went Marketing Coordinator from 2005 to 2006 whereI had an excellent opportunity to know marketing tools and understand how the business inside ofthe company works. In 2007 I went to Cerrado region to develop the trademark Arysta and theirproducts. My main challenge was to affirm the name Arysta and gain market share with products ofhigh gross margin like Applaud, Ortus, Kasumin and ensure the leadership of products like Select,Orthene.
