D.Sc. candidate in Energy Planning at the Energy Planning Program of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Studied Chemical Engineering at the Fluminense Federal University, with one year of exchange at the Hochschule Ruhr-West, in Germany. Has interest on the following subjects: Biotechnology, Renewable Energy, Biorefining and Carbon Capture and Storage.
É candidato ao Doutorado pelo Programa de Planejamento Energético da COPPE/UFRJ e Mestre em Planejamento Energético pela mesma instituição. É Bacharel em Engenharia Química pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF), com dois semestres de intercâmbio na Instituição alemã Hochschule Ruhr-West (HRW), onde estudou Engenharia Econômica - Sistemas de Energia (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen - Energiesysteme). Tem interesse nas áreas de Biotecnologia, Energias Renováveis, Biorrefinarias e Captura, Transporte e Armazenamento de Carbono.
