Sociologist and Professor in Sociology at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). Master of Arts in Development, Management and Policy from Georgetown University. Magister en Políticas Públicas y Gerenciamiento del Desarrollo from National University of San Martín. Ph.D. candidate in Social Sciences from the UBA. Doctoral scholarship holder in strategic topics from the National Council of Scientific and Technical Research of the Republic of Argentina (CONICET), with work headquarters at the "Gino Germani" Research Institute of the UBA. Postgraduate studies in public security policies of the UBA Law Faculty. Member of the Latin American Network of Surveillance, Technology and Society Studies (LAVITS). Former advisor in the Honorable Chamber of Deputies of the Nation, in the Commission for the Memory of the Province of Buenos Aires, and in the Legislature of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
