Deaf, bilingual and cochlear implant user. Architect and urban planner, focusing on the adequacy of accessibility to the physical environment. Has a Postgraduate Program in Urban Development (MDU) from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE) and currently works as an Urban Development Analyst for the Municipality of Recife. He is an alternate member and government representative of the Secretariat of Control and Urban Mobility - SEMOC / PCR. He is a member of the Municipal Council for the Rights of Persons with Disabilities - COMUD, which is linked to the Secretariat of Human Rights and Citizen Security of the City of Recife. He also works as a consultant for subtitling for deaf and hard-hearing people. Besides, he is the creator and an activist of the campaign ?Subtitles for those who don?t hear, but get emotion!?.

Possui Programa de Pós-graduação em Desenvolvimento Urbano (MDU) da Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (UFPE) e, atualmente, trabalha como Analista em desenvolvimento urbano da Prefeitura da Cidade do Recife. É membro suplente, representante governamental da Secretaria de Controle e Mobilidade Urbana - SEMOC/ PCR. É membro do Conselho Municipal dos Direitos das Pessoas com Deficiência ? COMUD, que está vinculado à Secretaria de Direitos Humanos e Segurança Cidadã da Prefeitura da Cidade do Recife. Atua também como consultor de legendagem para surdos e ensurdecidos e, finalmente, é idealizador e ativista da campanha ?Legenda para quem não ouve, mas se emociona!?.
