Siqueira de Morais Neto

I hold Ph.D., Masters and Bachelor Degrees in Business Administration by the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC). I have studied in Germany for two years, first at the Technische Universität München and then, after being awarded with a scholarship by the Herbert Quandt Stifitung, at Technische Universität Dresden. In 2011, after our study group had joined the research network Microeconomics of Competitiveness (MOC) - Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness - Harvard Business School, I attended its annual event. In that occasion at the MOC, I could started to research the concept of Creating Shared Value, which is currently the focus of my research. My researches are in the following areas: Photovoltaic Solar Energy, University-Industry-Government Relationship, Innovation, Creating Shared Value, Triple Helix, Leadership and Strategy.Disciplines for teaching: Organizational Strategy, Corporate Social Responsibility, Environmental Management, Innovation Management, General Theory of Administration and Introduction to Management.

Sou Doutor, Mestre e Bacharel em Ciências da Administração pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). Estudei na Alemanha durante dois anos, primeiro na Technische Universität München e depois, após ter sido contemplado com uma bolsa de estudos pelo Herbert Quandt Stifitung, na Technische Universität Dresden. Em 2011, após nosso grupo de estudos se afiliar a rede de pesquisas Microeconomics of Competitiveness (MOC) - Institute for Strategy and Competitiveness - Harvard Business School, fui participar do evento anual. Neste evento da MOC me aprofundei no conceito de Criação de Valor Compartilhado, o qual se tornou o foco das minhas pesquisas. Minhas pesquisas são nas seguintes áreas: Energia Solar Fotovoltaica, Relacionamento Universidade-Empresa-Governo, Inovação, Criação de Valor Compartilhado, Hélice Tríplice, Liderança e Estratégia.Disciplinas para docência: Estratégia Organizacional, Responsabilidade Social Corporativa, Gestão Ambiental, Gestão da Inovação, Teoria Geral da Administração e Introdução à Administração.
