Cristiano Araújo Maciel Alves

Holds a Masters in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2001) with emphasis on structures. 12 years working with engineering design and performance of works; among them are: structural design of reinforced concrete and prestressed concrete, structural design in Steel Structure, structural design in aluminum structure, structural design in wood frame; as well as: hydraulic design, toilet design, stormwater design, design of fire fighting, electrical design, gas project, project pool, telephony project, budget etc and physical and financial schedule.

Possuo Graduação e mestrado em Engenharia Civil. Fiz mestrado com ênfase em estruturas na COPPE/UFRJ. Atuo profissionalmente em projetos estruturais, tendo iniciado prestando serviço a PETROBRAS e execuções de obras. Também sou professor da Graduação e Pós-Graduação de Engenharia Civil, atuando em diversas instituições de ensino, como: CESMAC (AL), UniRV (GO) e UNIRN (RN). Meu foco são as matérias relacionadas à Engenharia Estrutural (Aço, Madeira e Concreto), além de Teoria das Estruturas, Resistência dos Materiais e Fundações e Contenções.
