Doutorando em Ciências Políticas em regime de co-tutela entre Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais e a Université Catholique de Louvain FUCaM Mons devido ao acordo assinado entre as instituições em 2020. Mestre em Relações Internacionais pelo Programa de Pós-Graduação San Tiago Dantas (PUC-SP/UNESP/UNICAMP) cujo título fora obtido após a defesa da dissertação "o lobby indo-americano no Congresso americano e o Acordo Nuclear Civil de 2008". Tem experiência na área de Ciência Política, com ênfase em Relações Internacionais. Integra a Rede de Pesquisa em Política Externa e Regime Político (RIPPERP), o Núcleo de Estudos sobre Política Externa dos Estados Unidos (NEPEU) e o Núcleo de Estudos e Análises Internacionais (NEAI-Unesp). Tem como agenda de pesquisa a política externa da Índia, o desenvolvimento comparado de potências emergentes, teoria de relações internacionais, proliferação nuclear, geopolítica do Indo-Pacífico e metodologia qualitativa aplicada às ciências sociais - com ênfase no rastreamento de processos e análise histórica comparativa. Associado à International Political Science Association (IPSA).
Ph.D. candidate in Political Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais and the Université Catholique de Louvain FUCaM Mons due to a co-tutorship agreement signed between the institutions in 2020. He holds a Master's Degree in International Relations from the San Tiago Dantas Post-Graduate Program (PUC- SP/UNESP/UNICAMP) obtained after the defense of the thesis "the Indo-American lobby in the American Congress and the Civil Nuclear Agreement of 2008". He has experience in the field of Political Science, with an emphasis on International Relations. He is part of the Foreign Policy and Political Regime Research Network (RIPPERP), the United States Foreign Policy Study Group (NEPEU) and the International Study and Analysis Group (NEAI-Unesp). His research agenda consists of India's foreign policy, international relations theory, nuclear proliferation, Indo-Pacific geopolitics and qualitative methodology applied to the social sciences - with an emphasis on tracking processes and comparative historical analysis.
