Paulo Henrique Lima Van Der Ven

Graduated in Biological Sciences at USU (2002), master in Marine Biology at UFF and MBA in Environmental Management at FGV (both in 2004). Some expertise in the academic area (marine biology, biodiversity, ecology, bothanics and zoology) but mainly dedicated to environmental management, working on the Environment or Sustainability Departments of multinational corporations (eight years at Vale S / A and currently at Statoil) with professional experiences in Brazil (RJ, MG, ES, PA, MA and PI states), USA, Chile, South Africa, Australia, Mozambique and Malawi. Extensive experience in mining and logistics (port and railway) in project, construction and operational phases. For the past four years working in the Oil & Gas business in Brazil focused on sustainability management for Exploration, Production and Logistics.

Possui Bacharelado e Licenciatura em Ciências Biológicas pela USU (2002), mestrado em Biologia Marinha pela UFF (2005) e MBA em Gestão Ambiental pela FGV (2004). Tem experiência na área de acadêmica (biodiversidade, ecologia e zoologia) mas dedica-se à área de Gestão Ambiental atuando no departamento de meio ambiente em grandes empresas multinacionais como Vale e Statoil com experiência profissional no Brasil (RJ, MG, ES, PA, MA e PI), EUA, Chile, África do Sul, Moçambique e Malaui.
