Danúbia de Andrade Fernandes

Danubia de Andrade Fernandes has a PhD in Communication and Culture / Science of Information and Communication in a cotutelle program between Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and Grenoble-Alpes University, France. She has previously worked as a university teacher and researcher in Brazil and France. Danubia also taught Spanish and Portuguese in various projects. She published a book in 2009 about African culture in Brazil as well as many book chapters and articles. She had a broad participation in scientific events in Latin America and Europe and she collaborated in many projects about media, development and citizenship.
