Currently, I am involved in research activities as a Post-Doctoral Researcher, at Institute of Physics, Federal University of Goias, Goiania, BrazilI. My major research focus in design of nanomaterials for combined thermal therapy and NIR imaging. I received Ph.D. entitled as `Development of Magnetic-Luminescent Bifunctional Nanomaterials and Their Application in Radiation Detection` in Condensed Matter Physics, at Department of Physics, Federal University of Maranhao, Sao Luis, Brazil under guidance of Prof. Dr. S.K.Sharma. As an undergraduate student, I majored in Mathematics and Physics in 2010, and I did my Master of Science in Physics (Solid State Electronics) in 2013. Both the degree were completed from University of Allahabad (A central University), India.Basic and applied properties of colloidal magnetic nanocrystals, and size, shape controlled synthesis of anisotropic hybrid magnetic nanoparticles and exploration of physico-chemical characteristics are the base of the advance materials. I focus in design and development of cutting edge advance functional materials at nanoscale. Currently, I am interested utilizing single phased luminophores and biphased magnetic-luminescent nanomaterials for dual optical window. Nanoscaled magneto-scintillators and their applications in high energy radiation detection and Multimodal Imaging Contrast agents, Magnetic hyperthermia and photothermal therapy, and nanothermometry are the parallel projects, I am carrying out. Applications: Nanoscintillation, Field Detection Sensors, Magnetic Light Converting Molecular Devices (MLCMDs), Luminescence Nanothermometry, Magnetic and Photothermal Hyperthermia.
