Samuel Ferreira da Silva

Graduated in Agronomy from the Center for Agricultural Sciences and Engineering at the Federal University of Espírito Santo (CCAE-UFES). Master, Doctor and Post-doctor in Plant Production and Post-doctor in Forest Sciences, by CCAE-UFES. He also has a degree in Natural Resources Technology and a Specialization in Agroecology, from the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Espírito Santo (IFES - Alegre Campus). Currently, he serves as Substitute Professor at the Department of Agronomy (CCAE-UFES), teaching the disciplines of Plant Physiology, Woody Plant Physiology, Post-harvest Vegetables and Mineral Nutrition of Plants. He has experience in the field of Agronomy, with an emphasis on Plant Production, Phytotechnics, Horticulture and Olericulture, acting mainly on the following themes: Plant Physiology, Water Relations Applied to Physiological Development and Post-harvest Vegetables.

Possui Graduação em Agronomia pelo Centro de Ciências Agrárias e Engenharias da Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo (CCAE-UFES). Mestre, Doutor e Pós-doutor em Produção Vegetal e Pós-doutor em Ciências Florestais, pelo CCAE-UFES. Também, possui Graduação em Tecnologia em Recursos Naturais e Especialização em Agroecologia, pelo Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Espírito Santo (IFES - Campus de Alegre). Atuou como Professor Temporário junto ao Departamento de Agronomia (CCAE-UFES), lecionando as disciplinas de Fisiologia Vegetal, Fisiologia de Plantas Lenhosas, Pós-colheita de Produtos Hortícolas, Culturas do Café e Cana-de-açúcar e Nutrição Mineral de Plantas. Tem experiência na área de Agronomia, com ênfase em Produção Vegetal, Fitotecnia, Horticultura e Olericultura, atuando principalmente nos seguintes temas: Fisiologia Vegetal, Relações Hídricas Aplicadas ao Desenvolvimento Fisiológico e Pós-colheita de Hortaliças.
