Marcos Roberto Scheide Neto

Bachelor of Chemistry from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2016). Master in Chemistry from the same university (2019). Currently a PhD student at the Graduate Program in Chemistry at UFSC, working in the LabSelen laboratory under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Antonio Luiz Braga. Recently, his research interests are: Development of sustainable methodologies in organic synthesis, sulfur and selenium chemistry, organic electrosynthesis, reactions promoted by light, design and synthesis of bioactive compounds.

Doutor em Química Orgânica com ênfase em síntese orgânica pela Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (2023). Bacharel (2016) e Mestre (2019) em Química pela mesma universidade. Realizou doutorado no laboratório LabSelen sob supervisão do Prof. Dr. Antonio Luiz Braga. Recentemente, seus interesses de pesquisa são: Desenvolvimento de metodologias sustentáveis em síntese orgânica, química do enxofre e selênio, eletrossíntese orgânica, reações promovidas por luz, design e síntese de compostos bioativos.
