Ramesh Katla

I have finished my Doctoral thesis (Ph.D) in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the Indian Institute of Chemical Technology-IICT, Hyderabad, India, in 2014. My research area is fully focused on the Development of New Synthetic Methodologies through Transition Metal Catalysis. For example, C-S, C-C, C-N and C-O cross-coupling reactions via heterogeneous catalysts. In addition to this, Design and Application of Novel Heterogeneous Catalysts in Organic Synthesis. Furthermore, we are also synthesized novel bio-active compounds which are widely used in the Pharmaceutical Industry, and Drug Discovery.
