Bruno Leite Sampaio

He got his degree in Pharmacy by the State University of Goiás (2007), Master's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences by the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Federal University of Goiás (2010) and Ph.D. in Science by School of Pharmaceutical Sciences of Ribeirão Preto of University of São Paulo (2015).He has been working in the field of phytochemistry, especially of plants of Asteraceae family, and environmental metabolomics of plants by ultra high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry and nuclear magnetic resonance. He performed part of his Ph.D. abroad at University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, United Kingdom, under supervision of Dr RuAngelie Edrada-Ebel (Head of the Natural Products Metabolomics Group ? NPMG), working mainly with NMR (J-resolved) based environmental metabolomics of plants. He carried out his Master?s degree and Ph.D. with scholarships provided by Coordination for Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES) and São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP).

Possui graduação em Farmácia pela Universidade Estadual de Goiás (2007), mestrado em Ciências Farmacêuticas pela Faculdade de Farmácia da Universidade Federal de Goiás (2010) e doutorado em Ciências pela Faculdade de Ciências Farmacêuticas de Ribeirão Preto-USP, atuando na área de fitoquímica de plantas da família Asteraceae e metabolômica ambiental através de cromatografia líquida de ultra alta eficiência acoplada a espectrometria de massas e ressonância magnética nuclear. Estágio de doutorado-sanduíche realizado na University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, Reino Unido, realizado com auxílio financeiro do Programa de Doutorado-Sanduíche no Exterior da CAPES (2014-15).
