Saima Gul

Saima Gul was born in March 15, 1985 in Peshawar, KPK , Pakistan. She got early education from Government Higher Secondary School, University town Peshawar and got 1st Position in Metric Exam BISE Peshawar in 2001. She received Bachelor Degree from University of Peshawar, Pakistan in 2003. And did Master in Chemistry from Institute of Chemistry University of Peshawar. After completing the Master she worked as a Research officer in Pakistan Forest Institute, University of Peshawar for one year. Then she joined College of Home Economics, University of Peshawar as a lecturer in Chemistry. After that, in the year 2009 she got TWAS/CNPq fulltime Fellowship for PhD studies in Chemistry at Institute of Chemistry of Sao Carlos, University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. The area of specialization is Environmental Electrochemistry. And research interests is: Environmental Electrochemistry: Study of the degradation of endocrine disruptors and Pharmaceutical waste from water by electrochemical, photo-assisted, and by other advanced oxidation process. Currently she is working as Assistant Professor in Islamia College University, Peshawar, Pakistan.
doctorate at Química (Química Orgânica e Biológica) from Universidade de São Paulo (2014).
