Clara da Cruz Vidart Badia

Meu principal interesse é entender a evolução do genoma ao longo da diversificação de linhagens de plantas terrestres. Sou bióloga (bacharel) de formação (UENF/UFOP), mestra em Botânica (UFV) e doutoranda em Botânica pela mesma instituição. Atualmente trabalho com genômica estrutural de plastídeos e bioinformática. Durante meu mestrado, estudei as relações infragenéricas entre o gênero Inga usando filogenia, genética populacional e métodos morfométricos. My main interest is to understand the evolution of the plastid genome troughout land plants lineages. As a PhD candidate I'm currently working with plastid structural genomics and bioinformatics. During my master's I studied the infrageneric relationships among the genus Inga using phylogeny, population genetics and morphometric methods.
