Bacharel em Engenharia Civil pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2004), Mestre em Engenharia Civil (Saneamento Ambiental) pela Universidade Federal do Ceará (2007) e Bacharel em Direito pelo Centro Universitário 7 de Setembro - UNI7 (2017). Atualmente é professor efetivo do Instituto Federal de Educação, Ciência e Tecnologia do Ceará - Campus Maracanaú. Coordenador do laboratório de Hidráulica do IFCE-Campus Maracanaú. He is currently an effective professor at the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Ceará - Maracanaú Campus and PhD student in Civil Engineering (Water Resource) at the Federal University of Ceará.
