Bruno Costa Guimarães

Doutor em Geografia pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2017-2021), com Mestrado em Geografia pela Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (2013-2015), especialista em Gestão Educacional Integrada pelo Centro de Estudos Avançados em Pós Graduação (CESAP), bacharelado e Licenciatura em Geografia pela Universidade Federal Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). Atuou como docente da disciplina Geografia na Secretaria de Estado de Educação do Rio de Janeiro (SEEDUC) entre 2013 e 2018. Desde 2018, é docente da Secretaria Municipal de Ensino do Rio de Janeiro e da escola particular Escola Nova Gávea. No doutorado, sob a orientação do Prof. Dr. Rafael Winter Ribeiro e da Prof. Dra Lia Calabre, especializou-se no estudo da distribuição espacial de políticas públicas e culturais no Rio de Janeiro, notadamente o Programa Cultura Viva e a Lei Rouanet.

PhD in Geography at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2017-2021), with a Master's degree in Geography from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (2013-2015), specialist in Integrated Educational Management at the Center for Advanced Studies in Graduate Studies (CESAP), bachelor's and Degree in Geography from the Federal University Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ). He served as a teacher of the Geography subject at the State Education Secretariat of Rio de Janeiro (SEEDUC) between 2013 and 2018. Since 2018, he has been a teacher at the Municipal Education Secretariat of Rio de Janeiro and the private school Escola Nova Gávea. In the doctorate, under the guidance of Prof. Dr. Rafael Winter Ribeiro and Prof. Dr. Lia Calabre, specialized in the study of the spatial distribution of public and cultural policies in Rio de Janeiro, notably the Cultura Viva Program and the Rouanet Law.
