Camel André de Godoy Farah

Doutor em Ciências Militares e Mestre em Ciências Militares. Possui os cursos de especialização em Globalização, Justiça e Segurança Humana pela Escola Superior do Ministério Público da União e Ruhr- Universität (Alemanha); Inteligência pela Escola de Inteligência Militar do Exército e Política e Estratégia pela ADESG/PR. Realizou o curso de Direito Internacional Humanitário no Instituto Internacional de Direito Humanitário (San Remo − Itália) e foi professor do curso de Direito Internacional dos Conflitos Armados na Escola Superior de Guerra. Integrou a equipe que elaborou o manual de Direito Internacional dos Conflitos Armados, editado pelo Ministério da Defesa. Possui expertise em Inteligência, Gestão de Riscos, Gestão de Continuidade de Negócios, Segurança Institucional, Segurança Empresarial e LGPD. É palestrante convidado em diversas instituições públicas e organizações privadas para assuntos de Inteligência, Segurança Pública, Segurança Institucional e Direito Internacional Humanitário. É professor na UNISUL no curso de graduação em Segurança Pública, Programa de Pós-graduação Lato Sensu em Segurança e curso de Pós-Graduação Lato Sensu em Sistemas de Internet. É coordenador e professor do MBA em Inteligência Estratégica da Faculdade Damas, de Recife-PE.

PhD in Military Sciences and Master in Military Sciences. Specialization courses in Globalization, Justice and Human Security at the Federal Public Ministry College and Ruhr- Universität (Germany); Intelligence by the Army Military Intelligence School and Politics and Strategy by ADESG / PR. International Humanitarian Law course at the International Institute of Humanitarian Law (San Remo - Italy) and was a speaker on the course on International Law on Armed Conflicts at the War College in Brazil. He was part of the team that prepared the International Armed Conflict Law manual, edited by the Ministry of Defense. He has expertise in Intelligence, Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Institutional Security, Corporate Security and LGPD. He is a guest speaker at several public institutions and private organizations for matters of Intelligence, Public Security, Institutional Security and International Humanitarian Law. He is a professor at UNISUL in the undergraduate course in Public Security, the Lato Sensu Graduate Program in Security and the Lato Sensu Graduate Program in Internet Systems. He is coordinator and professor of the MBA in Strategic Intelligence at Damas College, in Recife-PE.
